Website Design Process
Enhancing User Experience
We create beautiful and functional custom websites that showcase your brand and professional image. Our strategy goes deep into the core of what people need from your website.
Process
Phase 1
Information Gathering
This first step is actually the most important one, as it involves a solid understanding of the company it is created for. It involves a good understanding of you – what your business goals and dreams are, and how the web can be utilized to help you achieve those goals.
We consider your Purpose, Goals, Target Audience, and Content.
Phase 2
Planning
Using the information gathered from phase one, we put together a plan (site map) for your web site. We will also help you decide what technologies (WordPress) should be implemented.
Phase 3
Design
Drawing from the information gathered up to this point, we determine the look and feel of your site. We create one or more prototype designs for your web site and give you the opportunity to express your likes and dislikes on the site design.
Phase 4
Development
Our web designers will take all of the individual graphic elements from the prototype and use them to create the actual, functional site. All Elements (WordPress, interactive contact forms, or ecommerce shopping carts) are implemented and made functional.
Phase 5
Testing
Our web designer will attend to the final details and test your web site. We will test things such as the complete functionality of forms or other scripts, compatibility issues (viewing differences between different web browsers/devices), ensuring that your web site is optimized to be viewed properly on any device.
Step 6
Maintenance
We will be more than happy to continue working together with you, to update the information on your web site for a nominal maintenance fee (Web Support Services) or you can update your own site if you feel comfortable.
